Will we get to meet people from STRABAG? How closely will we work together?
Yes. Initially Business Service roles will interact with people from STRABAG. The company needs to fully understand all systems and reporting requirements. Later experts for project or estimation support will likely be introduced to Georgiou’s team for new areas of expertise (i.e. tunnelling, ground treatment etc), particularly as we start to collaborate and form joint teams over time
How will STRABAG communicate with Georgiou employees and address any concerns or feedback?
The leadership team will communicate with you at key milestones and welcomes your questions as we move through this process of change. Gary Georgiou and the STRABAG representative will work close together to address any concerns. Internal communications will continue via the existing channels (email, workplace and townhalls) and questions can be asked to your manager.
